Nick is Babbe’s senior partner.  He specialises in property and probate law.  He is the Chairman of the Guernsey Bar Council, a Notary Public and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Nick was a member of the States of Guernsey for 6 years during which he was President of the Education Council and a member of the Income Tax Authority.  He is a non-executive director of a number of investment fund and captive insurance companies.
